SPX-CQ (Subcontracting and Partnership Exchange of Chongqing) is a non-for-profit organization established in 2004 by United Nations Industrial Development Organization with the support of Chongqing government.

SPX-CQ built up the database of Chinese suppliers in the field of mechanical manufacturing---metal processing and plastic processing (such as automotives, motorcycles, machine tools, hardware and tools, energy equipment and etc.). The database contains information of more than 50,000 excellent Chinese enterprises. Based on the database, SPX-CQ provides supplier pre-selection and product purchasing service for those enterprises who want to develop their global sourcing in China.

SPX-CQ neither interferes with business procedures between suppliers and purchasers nor charges commission. The funding for organization operation comes from annual membership fee paid by member enterprises, income of organization of fairs and conferences, training and consultancy as well.
